Placing an order is simple:

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Once delivery has started, cancellations are not possible. Please contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

🛠️ Technical Issues

The count isn't updating on my profile

Social media platforms often cache counts. Try refreshing your profile, logging out and back in, or waiting 5-10 minutes. The count will eventually update.

My order status says "Processing" for a long time

Large orders take longer to process. If it's been more than 48 hours without progress, contact support with your order ID.
