Does Exaghost store my credit card information?

No. Exaghost does NOT store your full credit card information on our servers. We only store:

  • The last 4 digits of your card (for reference)
  • Card type (e.g., Visa, MasterCard)
  • Expiration date (for subscription management)

Your full card number, CVV, and track data are sent directly to Stripe or PayPal and are never stored by us.

💰 Refunds & Cancellations

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery: Order not delivered within 7 days of purchase
  • Duplicate Charge: Technical error causing multiple charges for same order
  • Service Not As Described: We delivered completely different service than ordered

Refunds are NOT provided for:

How do I request a refund?

Is it safe to provide my username?

Yes, providing just your username is completely safe. Your username is public information that anyone can see on your profile. You never need to share your password.

Can my social media account get banned?

We use safe, organic-looking delivery methods to minimize any risk. However, we cannot 100% guarantee against platform policy changes. We recommend:

  • Using our services in moderation
  • Not purchasing massive amounts at once
  • Combining our services with organic growth
  • Keeping your account in good standing with platform guidelines

How do I delete my Exaghost account?

To delete your Exaghost account:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your order history will be anonymized as required by law.

No. Exaghost is an independent service provider and is not affiliated, endorsed, or authorized by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any social media platform. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Does using your services violate platform terms?

Many social media platforms' terms of service prohibit buying followers or engagement. While our methods are safe, we cannot guarantee compliance with each platform's terms. You assume full responsibility for any consequences, including account restrictions or suspensions.

We recommend: Review your platform's terms of service before purchasing. Use our services at your own discretion.

🛠️ Technical Issues

The count isn't updating on my profile

Social media platforms often cache counts. Try these steps:

  • Refresh your profile page
  • Log out and back into your account
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Wait 5-10 minutes (counts update on platform's schedule)
  • Check from a different device or browser

The count will eventually update — this is a platform issue, not a delivery issue.

My order status says "Processing" for a long time

Large orders take longer to process. If it's been:

  • Less than 48 hours: Please be patient, your order is in queue
  • More than 48 hours without progress: Contact support with your order ID

We will investigate and update you within 24 hours.

I entered the wrong username. What do I do?

Contact support immediately at support@exaghost.com with your order ID and the correct username.

If delivery has not yet started, we can update the username. If delivery has already begun, we cannot transfer the order to a different username.

The website is not loading properly

Try these troubleshooting steps:
