You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Undelivered Orders: If your order is not delivered within 7 days of purchase
  • Partial Delivery: If less than 50% of your order is delivered within the promised timeframe
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order
  • Technical Errors: If a technical issue prevents us from delivering your service
  • Service Not as Described: If the service received significantly differs from what was advertised

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service after delivery has begun
  • Account Issues: If your social media account is private, suspended, or deleted
  • Incorrect Information: If you provide an incorrect username or invalid account information
  • Retention Drops: Normal follower drop-off after retention period (we do offer free refills within retention period)
  • Platform Policy Changes: If social media platforms change their policies affecting service delivery
  • Third-Party Actions: If you use other services simultaneously that interfere with our delivery
  • Completed Orders: Orders that have been fully delivered as promised

Note: If you experience significant drops within your retention period, we offer free refills rather than refunds. Contact support with your order ID.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@exaghost.com within 7 days of your order
  2. Include your Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
  3. Provide a clear reason for refund with any relevant evidence or screenshots
  4. Wait for our support team to review your request (typically 24-48 hours)
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Tip: Keep your order confirmation email handy. It contains your unique Order ID needed for all refund requests.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, here's what to expect:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Refunds: Immediate to 24 hours
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your bank

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:

  • Partially Delivered Orders: Refund for the undelivered portion only
  • Quantity Shortfalls: Proportional refund for missing quantity
  • Minor Delays: Partial compensation for significant delays (at our discretion)

Partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of service not delivered.

7. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. Before filing a chargeback:

  • Please contact us first to resolve any issues
  • Most disputes can be resolved directly with our support team
  • Filing an unnecessary chargeback may result in account suspension
  • If a chargeback is filed after receiving services, we reserve the right to dispute it with evidence of delivery

Important: Chargebacks filed for validly delivered services may result in permanent account ban and legal action to recover fees.
